There's no doubt BEY is recording progress every year thanks to the increasing number of airlines coming in and the high frequencies of others.
BEY is receiving new airlines every now & then, the latest being Star Airlines, the traffic is sure to pick up though the 6 million mark is still a long way ahead.
MEA also has a great credit in this pax growth with its great service, they recorded a $35 million profit this year, good stuff.

The airlines are not the cause of pax growth, its the people heading for Lebanon.

Hi Yegbey01,

Could you post the article where you heard this? I haven't been able to find anything.

If the 3.35 million number is true, then that is an increase of 17.96% over 2003 (2.84 million).  Smile
