I don't think the Hapag 737 will be there long but the a300 looked like it was going to be stored in the hangar overnight at least. The aircraft in the hangar is definitely Monarch.
Many thanks.

Hello,

She stays here because of low parking cost apperently, Is this true? I heard a rich oil mans wife owns VP-BAT and fly's it around to go shopping, But parks it here because it's cheap?

Is that true?

Yes I believe this to be true.
Since the old 17/35 runway was closed the 747`s have been parked on there.
The rumor is that the cost to park an aircraft of that size is about a 10th of the cost of parking at heathrow.
The rumor about the owner of VP-BAT is a new one.
It is owned by a very rich Oil Tycoon ( operated by worldwide holdings) from the middle east but I'm not sure about his wife.Regards
