I'd suggest the airline named after the other non-continental state. The article refers to the most reliable, not necessarily the best.

Obviously, HA is doing what they can to get profitable once again. Customer satisfaction is definitely one way to do it. Of the times I've flown HA within the past 5 years, all have left on time, and the in-flight service was great.
