I was looking for that LAS-RDU flight last month when I flew out there. It was a red-eye wasn't it?

I ended up having to go through Newark.

Yes it was.. arrives in RDU at ~6 am.. it was paused in December. I think it was for heavy aircraft checks of the fleet.. starts back in March.. still only 3 days a week.. but it's cool to see it return..

Denver gets it's first Embraer 170 on February 15. Chautauqua Airlines (I hope I spelled that right) will start one trip between DEN and DFW then. Unfortunately, like Hooters Air, it will arrive and depart during the time of high sun. It will be hard to get good photos of it...

UAIR has pulled the 170 from the SYR market. I guess the experiment is over with. They were flying them to PHL and PIT, but decided that they needed them to compete in the larger cities.

UAX has added a couple 170's from ORD. So all is not lost.  Smile

I just looked USAirways.com and the E170 flight arrives at RDU from DCA at
1525 and goes back out at 1600 to DCA. Should be able to get a good pic
or two with the late afternoon sun here at RDU.
