Did Backpackers Xpress Go Belly Up?

I remember hearing about this a while ago, and then nothing. I'm guessing the plans for Backpackers Xpress are fully dead by now. Their web site is gone, so I can only assume. Anyone have confirmation?

As an avid backpacker myself, I did love the concept and idea of it. Until economic realities set in.

They never recevied their UK route authorities from the Australian Authorites and also missed out on the India routes...

I presume flying to Germany and Thailand wasn't what their investors were hoping for.
