Not to mention the new airport in Bangkok (have then started construction yet?). The Japanese airport would be Chubu Intl, which is correctly in Nagoya.

Is your query concerning strictly airports that are totally new (new buildings, runways and taxiways) or do you wish to include aerodromes that are currently being used but have new terminals under construction to replace current terminals? Both IND and RSW are building new midfield terminals but will continue to utilize the existing taxiway and runways.

The new Berlin Airport BBI (Berlin Brandenburg International).
It'll be at the site of SXF, but AFAIK totally new.

There's one in the called Colombian Coffee Zone that will serve Manizales. It is located in a small village called Palestina.
