For those of you working at Delta, does anyone know the travel benefits offered to "Ready Reserve Customer Service Agents"? The website says they are "limited", so I'm wondering how limited they are compared to Delta's normally generous free travel..

Up to 30 flight days depending on number of hours worked. Most ready reserves reach the 30 day maximum.
The days can be used anywhere in the system. However only 18 can be used transoceanic (as true for any DL employee).

It's a big building with patients, but that's not important right now.
