It has been reported that Emirates would start daily nonstop flights DXB-GRU at the end of 2005 or beginning of 2006

Recently Brazil and the United Arab Emirates have renegotiated their bilateral agreement.

It is well known that Sao Paulo has an huge Arab population, especially from Lebanon and Syria.
