One of my co-workers here in LAX was trying to fly nonrev from LAX to LHR on Virgin and got bumped of both flights.. But to make things worst she also had purchased a revenue tkt on Easyjet from Gatwick to Rome... What is Easyjet's rules as far as missing a flight? Did she loss the ticket? Does she has to pay a change fee and fare difference? If you some can help me out please let me know. In case if someone here works for easyjet, here is her record locator.. She will try Virgin again tomorrow Saturday with her mom...
Thnak you so much and those that could assist would be more than happy to receive passes on Frontier!

I don't work for EZY but I work for VS! easyJet allow you to change the booking online - it will cost £10 per change + whatever the fare difference is. However both VS flts LAX-LHR on Sat and Sun are overbooked so there's no guarantee they will get on

The new European law is good for things like this, BUT not for things such as weather dealys, airlines will sometimes end up paying passengers more than they payed for their ticket because of things out or the airline's control, such as weather conditions, EZY are up in arms about it, they are talking of raising fares because of it
