No, not an A vs B war - please!

A simple pair of questions: roughly what proportion of the entire US-owned fleet (ie including CO, AA, UA, DL, B6 etc) is Boeing and what proportion Airbus? And how do those proportions vary compared to EU airlines (BA, LH, AF, KL etc)?

Some evidence would be useful rather than "I would have thought..."
