I saw their DC-10 at Miami on Sunday, it was there all day. Then I passed by the airport yesturday (monday night) and it was there parked in the same place.

Is this the same aircraft spending 2 days parked or a new 'daily' cargo service to Miami that just started? If so, are there any specific days/times?

I knew the airline wanted to fly to Miami but I heard they had problems and were still grounded. Maybe our Brazilian friends in the forum can clear this up. Muito obrigado Big grin

As far as I know BrasMex has not resumed operations until now. Their DC-10 (N478CT, former PR-BME) was stored in Marana for some weeks and was ferried back to Brazil. It is undergoing a C-check and will enter service with Arrow Air Cargo in the second quarter of 2005.

Ok, so Brasmex never operated any revenue flights? I read somewhere that a Brasmex DC-10 transported some Dolphins from the Solomon Islands to Hawaii and then to Mexico. Wonder if that was flying for another airline or if this information is correct in the first place.

Maybe someone at MIA knows when it will get repainted or if it will fly for a while in Brasmex colors. I would obviously love to see the latter Big grin
