US Airways Emergency Landing In CLT

Just a few moments ago a US Airways 737-300 had an emergency landing due to smoke in the cabin. There was a full evacuation on the tarmac. Everyone is believed to be okay. They showed a picture on the news of the 737 with all it's emergency slides out and emergency equipment surrounding the aircraft. No word where the plane was coming from yet.

Ouch, could have been nasty..glad they managed to land safely and get everyone off the plane.

The news just said it was coming from IND with 53 pax on board.

Looking at the schedule it could be flight 801.
