Austrian Delays Launch Of Mumbai Service

Austrian Airlines has delayed launch of ther VIE - BOM service from May to September due to capacity reasons.

A memo sent to travel agents/partners:

`We hereby wish to inform you that due to capacity reasons, Austrian Airlines group has to postpone the commencement of their operation into Mumbai until 01 Sep, 2005.

We however wish to reinstate our commitment of starting operations with effect from 01 September, 2005 .

We look forward to your support and cooperation in future.

We thank you for your kind understanding.

Just in time ! I guess if the ticket has been issued you could get it transferred to LH (star alliance partner)?
