Ready Or Not Here Comes The A380!

I just ran across and article stating that Airbus plans to have the first flight of the 380 in early April. I haven't decided it is a good looking plane or not, but I know that I would buy a ticket on it just to say I have been on it.

At that point, whatever the ticket price may be, it'll be worth it, at least in my opinion. Funds are already being allocated into the "A380 budget" LOL, and it'll be my first time flying AF, 380, and going to Paris! Smile/happy/getting dizzy

That begs the question: is YUL ready for the A380?

Living in Sun Valley, I have to find the US airport that is cheapest to get to and then find the best route to take on the A380. I realized today that since the 380 has its flight deck in between the upper and lower, you won't be able to sit in the front seats like the 747 and look down the runway during a landing with a nice crosswind. Oh well, it will still be an experience. HOPEFULLY a great one!

I did something similar when the 777 first took flight with United.
