Its on display at Monino, less its wings. It was a WIG that could leave ground effect and was designed by Robert Bartini, an Italian who immigrated to the USSR. Beriev was forced to built the actual prototype.

It really looks like the nose of a B-29. The erkanoplanes were a very interesting concept for aircraft. I read something about a ground effect troop-transport that was developed. It flew/skimmed the surface of the water at some ungodly speed, a couple of hundred kp/h.
