NCL-EWR would be quite possible with COntinentals current international expansion. If Bristol and Belfast are feasible then NCL would be an interesting addition.
GLA-BOS - is this not currently a summer flight by AA? ATL could be possible but with DL's current woes probably not for a long time yet.
MAN-BAH - definietely possible with Gulf Air - especially with the huge expansion of Emirates, Etihad and Qatar Airways, destinations like this would be interesting for connections.
The EDI possibilities just need a loco. Maybe an Easyjet base would lead to these routes starting. I would think that YYZ may be a bit slim though. GLA would be more feasible. EDI-HEL would be a difficult nut to crack also.
Just my few cents...

EDI-MUC- This should happen soon, though not for this summer.
EDI-TXL/SXF- Don't know who would operate this, best chance is probably if Germanwings open a base.
EDI-YYZ- This already exist 2x weekly during the summer, from what I can gather there is demand for more than that during the summer and atleast one flight year round.
EDI-HEL- Apparenly EDI was voted as the no.1 most wanted destination in a magazine over there last year, would also provide good connections to Asia for EDI originating passengers.
GLA-ATL-If this happens, I reckon it would only be seasonal.
GLA-BOS- Quite likely to happen, but maybe EDI shouldn't be ruled out these days?
NCL-FRA- LH regional jets could work.
NCL-EWR- All depends on whether CO want anymore major UK expansion for next year or not.
MAN-HKG- CX are making a comeback?
MAN-DME/SVO- I think Transaero already do DME.
MAN-AUH- A few times a week initially
MAN-BAH- WOuld that be Gulf Traveller?
