As far as routes introduced I would say DL. Going back to the start of their 31JAN there are a lot of new routes from JFK, ATL, CVG, and SLC. In addition to new routes introduced in the coming months.
As this was caused by the pull out of DFW it isn't really expanding, but reallocating.
I would say CO, NW, AA. I can only think of like 5-6 routes that B6 has announced.
It's a big building with patients, but that's not important right now.

DL's domestic capacity grew 9 percent as a result of the hub relocations, so it actually was expanding. AA's isn't growing much this year, NW and CO have been having a lot of growth. UA is growing internationally but shrinking domestically.

You can't count out AA/AE, they have been quite aggressive with the new service lately. I might go out on a limb and say AA/AE has announced more new/added service than anybody else over the last few months. DFW alone is getting a ton of new service on AE.

JB will no doubt be the airline with the most growth, due to all the new planes they will get this year. WN and FL will also expand a lot, though not as much as JB. Of the majors, DL will grow the most, due to better utilization of their planes and adding more p2p routes. Second would be AA, judged by looking at their press releases, and also NW.
