I remember reading a few years back, one of the F/A's aboard PA1736 who survived the Tenerife tragedy was also scheduled to fly PA103 on Dec.21 1988 (Lockerbie) but for some reason she got rescheduled or swapped shifts. I think shes retired now. Anyone know for sure or was this just a rumour?

My 20th birthday is March 27 of this year. Strangely, I didn't know about this (I'd heard of the Tenerife accident, of course, but didn't know the date of it) when I pointed out to my girlfriend that her birthday (Nov. 12) is the anniversary of the AA587 accident in New York.
