Filed today for bankruptcy protection with a german court. Word is that there are still some frames not yet paid by customers and AvCraft urgently needs that money. Seems that they only sold the frames inherited from FD, but never started production?!? Anyone able to verify what is actually going on?
Others say, that Bartel and the german plant manager are more or less at loggerheads and haven't tralked with each other for some time - and that AvCraft didn't fulfill its contractual obligations financially.
