And again a codesharing question:

I want to book a reward with my mileage programme (AF) on a partner airline (AI). Unfortunately, on the sector I want to book it, AI does not operate themselves, but with a codeshare (MH, with AI flight number). Is it anyways possible to book a seat on the MH flight, with the AI codeshare number, using my AF miles?

Then, if a service is not provided nonstop (i.e. DEL-KUL), a transfer (i.e. DEL-BOM-KUL) is permitted, right?

Usually no codeshares. It's worth a try though. For example HEL-CDG is AF operated by AY, no problems. But it's more than a codeshare from what I understand - AF has a block of seats for themselves.

I think AI op by MH is out of the question unfortunately.
