It's spelled Ilyuhsin. Are you sure you will be taking the Il-86, I think it's way too noisy for the new noise restrections. I'm pretty sure it is at least as noisy as 727 and a 727 doesen't meet the new restrictions.

The Ilyushin IL86 may not be in service on the LHR-SVO route now. I think Aeroflot is using the 737-400 or Airbus A310 (the latter on limited routes). On Aeroflot, nowadays you can expect the same level of comfort and service you would get on any European carrier, albeit at a lesser price. If you are unlucky enough to fly on a Russian aircraft, the comfort will be less and the noise greater, but the service should be the same.
