For the summer schedule, CO has a few cities with twice daily service. Take for instance their flights to CDG. They have a 777 and a 762 going daily. Why don't they fly the 752 instead of the second 762. The 752 has 16 BF seats and 156 Y seats. The 762 on has a net of 2 more seats! I know the configuration of the 762 includes a slightly higher 25 BF seats but, you have over 45 BF seats on the 777.
So, why not save your 762 to service another destination like DME and send a 752 to CDG instead. The 762 has the range they need for further expansion.

Ah, cargo. I know they started to do this with LGW. I think it was a very smart move. They already have 100+ premium seats with the 777s they operate from EWR. The cargo should be handled no problem by the T7s. So the 752 basically adds just more seats for CO - Great idea!!! But still, on routes like FCO and AMS, they operate a 764 and a 762. The 762 seems almost like a waste trans-atlantic because it has a low capasity.
