Aer Lingus Short Haul Seating

After Aer Lingus ends short haul business class service at the end of March, will their aircraft be reconfigured to reduce seat pitch throughout the cabin? Also, have the new A320s been delivered with a different seating configuration to the current fleet?

Not sure about the second question but as far as Im aware there are not plans to reduce the seat pitch in economy
