Does anyone have any info on the 747 300 that Air Atlanta Europe use out of LGW. How old these planes are, any pics especially interior would be great.

Former Corsair 743,TF-AME, has just been painted in full Travel City Direct colours. No photo in the database yet, but it can be seen here and looks *almost* exactly the same as that used on the 742's - 'spot' the difference.

Hello,
I actually flew Air Atlanta from LGW to Sandford a couple of weeks ago on G-BDXJ, Nice flight, cabin is nice, though no drop down tv's, Just a big one at front of each section.
Probably would have been nicer to fly a 747-300, don't know really, but TF-AME was parked up new to G-BDXJ when I was getting ready to leave and take-off for chilly England.
Do you know for sure that your working on 747-300's?

Hi Jimmy,
Yeah have been told that most flights will be to Sandford, Orlando for Travel City Direct, they have just upgraded to the 743 series, 4 class cabin.
If we get some shorter routes like Turkey then possibly a 742 series, however we have just got a new contract for the MOD flying to the Faulklands, this will be using 742 series.
