I heard that Lufthansa offers complimentary limo service for all passengers on that business class only flight. I am going to be on that flight in early July and I was just wondering how to go about making the arrangements to do that. Thanks

Calling 800 669-5460 connects your clients to free limousine service from their door in the Philadelphia area to or from Newark International Airport. That's Lufthansa's offer to First Class passenger who depart and arrive Newark on LH403 (or code-share flight UA3875). Pick-up is available in a total of 13 counties in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. This flight would be operated by Privatair. Their website states a limo service for shuttle services, which is basically their charter service for businesses.
The airline operations section does not mention that service.
I know that LH has limo service for HON pax and VS has it for their Upper Class pax. Privatair doesn't seem to offer that.

As far as I know, it is for EWR-MUC, not EWR-DUS. It is a promotion LH started in Sept. 2004. You must be booked in C, D, or Z class and US originating. Also, I believe it is for corporations that have corporate contracts with LH, as the information I have is for LH's sales support desk.

It's definitely only valid on LH412/413 and you have to be in a certain geographic area, which includes Philadelphia, Bucks, Northampton, Montgomery and Monroe Countiesin PA, all of NJ, NYC, Orange, Rockland and Westchester Counties in NY and Fairfield County in CT.
The service is operated for LH by Airbrook Limousine based in Ridgewood, NJ
