Amigos uruguayos y argentinos...como estan?
I was trying to find out about Flight Schools for pilot training in Uruguay and Argentina (hopefully Montevideo and Buenos Aires), webpages, contacts, etc..
Just trying to see the difference in price$ compared to central america; maybe I can go there and study instead of doing it here.

Well, I studied in Alas Argentinas,In San Fernando.Great.Good planes,PA-38 Tomahawk II and C-172 to start.
The price is around 160 pesos the hour(about 53 Dollars)You could get arrangements and good prices.Excellent instructors, I recomend you Mariano. They are the biggest flight school in Argentina, owning their hangar and 12 planes.
Plus, there is a MIG-15 parked there!!(1000 dollars the hour).
Here's is the link: alasargentinas.com there you will find the fone numbers and everything. They are closed on wednesday.
Hope it helps, Mike.
P.S:if you call, tell them that I told you about them.Thx.
