Michael LeBlanc wants to restructure his bankrupt airline, Jetsgo , and resume limited operations as soon as June 25. A mere 3 months after closing, leaving 17,000 passengers stranded and 1350 employees out of work. It is still to be seen if he can sell his fleet of Fokker 100's and raise the necessary capital to implement his plan. My question is, would you trust LeBlanc and fly with Jetsgo again???

81% will say no to Jetsgo? BS! As soon as they see those fares, they'll be running to them like dogs after a bone. Public has a VERY short term memory. If Leblanc gets this right, he will do good. He filled a niche and I think he'll get to them again right away. Starting for the summer will be a good start and creditors are all for this.
Can't stop saying this but money talks, or the lack of it.

What I don't get is how this will work. He's going to have to give 17,000 people free flights, or at least refunds if he starts up under the Jetsgo name again. This pretty much means he's giving out his 1st month of operations as a free ride to those people who got screwed. Assuming the creditors are stupid enough to accept his plan of restructuring and lose all there money again... Just a thought

Oh dear, let's see how many silly unsuspecting passengers there are out there -- and passengers who pay cash -- please all of you out there -- pay be credit card only -- if you have no credit card, do a bank debit card -- good friend of mine, teacher from New Brunswick, lost money because of Jetsgo -- I don't understand why she didn't use a credit card -- she would have lost nothing (other than time)
