These drop down TV screens were inherited from Flying Colours, who installed them on all 11 of their 757's from 1997 to 2000. (although they were not installed while they were in service - they were installed before these aircraft were put in service)

Air 2000 have the drop down TV-monitors on their newest 757, G-OOOY, which I've flown on 3 times. All the airline's other 757s were built before the system was available. I assume all future AMM 757s will be the same...
Do jmc have the dropdown TV screens installed on their ex-Transaero Russian 757s? They're too old to have had them factory fitted, although they all had the older certerline TV IFE system.
