AIRLINERS.NET CREW PHOTO SCREENER
Starting on the 13th of April, BFI's large runway 13L/31R will be reduced to 4400 feet for a period of no less than 2 weeks, due to construction.
UPS will be moving their flight operations to PAE, Airborne and DHL will be moving to SEA. All sports charters will be using PAE, as will most biz jet traffic.
No word on Boeings official plans, but look for lots of 737's buzzing around PAE.

Very cool...I live about 2 miles SE of PAE, and definitely under the flight pattern, as I often see Cessnas on the downwind leg flying right over my place.
Sure would love to see that UPS 762 soar over!
Thanks for the update!
PAE spotters: take I-5 north to Exit 186, turn left over the freeway and that puts you on 128th. Stay on 128th, which turns into Airport Road, and crosses Hwy. 99 by the Home Depot there. Continue another mile or so until 112th I think, and turn left into PAE. the road will fork off to the right, and there is a mall picnic area with some concrete picnic tables. Usually there's some spotters there watching general aviation traffic.
Also, the next left up from the main entrance to PAE, you can drive around a Boeing parking lot, and get some great views close up of some a/c parked there. Last time I saw a JL 777 up close and personal....loved it!

Keep in mind, it's private property. Boeing Security can be quite .. erm .. direct.
I would recommend staying clear ..

LN-MOW,
Great views won't cause Boeing security to get all in a tizzy...great cameras pointed at great planes on the other hand...
Royal, I'm heading back up there on the 27th, spoke to Duncan today, let's hope for good weather...

This will be interesting. Does anyone know if the control tower hrs at PAE will be extended? I think it closes around 9 p.m. normally but the last time a significant mount of traffic from BFI was directed to PAE (after the Nisqually earthquake) the tower stayed open 24hrs for about a week or so.
Do you expect some lower end business traffic to divert to RNT?
What about commercial ops such as the Helijet BE1900 from Campbell River?
