TG And MH Have The Same C And F Class Seats?!

I have closely studied the new MH and TG business and first class seats, and have realized that apart from the seat covers, they are exactly the same seats. Interesting!!!!
Does everyone else agree?

Yep. B/E Aerospace seats. There are minor differences, though; for example, TG puts C class PTV on the seatback while MH puts it in the arerest.

Many airlines like JL/MH/TG have the exact same kind of C class seats since they are all supplied by the same company, B/E Aerospace? MH's is straight off the shelf whereas JL and TG did some very minor customization. JL for example has the PTV in the seat back (except first rows) but MH has it from the armrest because MH's PTVs are touch screens. Few airlines have exclusive designs of the C class seats, e.g. VS' suite (and NZ paid royalty to use on their reconfiged a/c)

TG and MH's F classes are also from the same supplier.
