TWA Timetable Help Needed

Got a question for someone with a rather deep timetable collection.....I'm talking TWA's timetable dated January 10, 1955.

I'm looking for the routing and departure/arrival times of TWA flight 260. I know started from ABQ, went to Santa Fe, and ended up finally in Baltimore.

Can someone put the rest together for me?

The twin-engine plane slammed into the Dragon's Tooth, a prominent rock spire on the northeast edge of Domingo Baca/TWA Canyon. There were no survivors and 16 lives were lost.

It crashed shortly after takeoff enroute to santa fe. pilot suicide was the first cause stated by the official inquirery, but changed 5 years later to aircraft and procedure malfunction

It crashed into Sadina mountain, north of ABQ, on a clear morning in 1955. The captain was Ivan Spong. The eq was a Martin 404 headed for its first stop at Santa Fe.
First reports from the CAB was pilot error but a coalition of pilots, mostly from TWA had their own investigation and proved it was more to instrument error.

I had no idea there used to be a direct flight from ABQ-PIA. This was before I was in college, but it would have been really helpful about 12 years later, when I was a college student.
There are stories out there that, Carol Lombard, the late actress was killed in this crash. Dont know how that story ever got started. She was killed in another crash, I believe a TW flight. near Las Vegas.
Dont know if it is still true or not, but back in the late 60s and early 70s, you could still see some small pieces of wreckage from the Sandia Tramway in ABQ.

747FIRSTCLASS....you are right about the wreckage. In 1991 I was on the tram from the surface up to the top of the mountain. The tram passed over part of the fuselage with TWA markings. The tram operator pointed it out but had little details on how long it was there.
I read in a newspaper that the wreckage was removed a couple of years back.
I think Carol Lombard, wife of Clark Gable, was killed in a TWA DC 3, but I am not real sure of that incident.

Sorry it's taken so long for me to get back to every one and to thank you all for your timetable research and help. Played hookey from work this morning, and.....uh.....played golf.

Ever since I read about it in Robert Serling's book "The Probable Cause", the crash of TWA 260 on Sandia Mountain has intrigued me. The mere fact that Captain Spong had asked ABQ ATC not once but twice to confirm an airway intersection tells me that in no way did he intend to fly that plane into the mountain.

I did a bit of research on the internet yesterday about the crash, and came up with some interesting web-sites that include not only the crash itself, but hiking trails in the area of the wreckage and other info:

From what I read, you can still see wreckage from the tramway (it's almost directly under the tramway; when I rode it back in 1991, I didn't have the info I have now, and I was looking more towards the north side of the tram route. None of my pictures appear to show the exact area. Will have to check the video I shot during that trip. Now I'm itching to go back.), the engines are still up there, along with some other wreckage.
