American doesn't have any 737-600 on firm order yet but they do have a lot of those on option. They have on option close to 400 NG737's including 600's and 700's. The 737-600`s and 700`s will start replacing the Super 80's soon, five years from now at the latest.
If they convert at least half of their options to firm orders, American will be the largest operator of the 737-600 in the world.

The following airlines have ordered the -600

Air Algerie
Lauda Air

Also, ILFC, GECAS, and Pembroke have ordered them for leasing, not sure if they are placed yet.

Delta has options on them. They are probably (I'm about 96% sure) going to convert the 736 options to orders for Delta Express.

The 737-600 is not having as many orders as Boeing hoped. Most airlines are choosing the Airbus A318 instead.
