Live Webcam - MEL A380 Runway Works

Just saw thins on the Melbourne Airport website.

Click here to the view live webcam of the runway works.

Images are updated every 15 mins. works on the runway are 24-7 until mid May.
Camera is located at the southern end of the North/South runway, and the image is updated approximately every 15 minutes.

Neat. Is that camera there only to watch the construction, or will it be in place for watching flights as well?

No, its only there to show extension of the runway in prepartion for the A380. That being said, I think the current footage is at the southern end of the main runway. As works move closer to the intersection of the east-west runway, I think you will be able to see some additional runway activity...
