As A350 said they are used as ballast for C of G control, they are filled with water which can be pumped forward and aft as required for testing.

Great photo, this is not the first time I have seen the a380 interior, some of you might recall Bruce dikingsons "flying heavy metal"(discovery channel). That program featured the a380 upper and main deck, although it was just wooden floor boards.

It's an Airbus cost saving measure. Those are the individually-issued latrines for each passenger. Folks can go while sitting down, never have to leave their seats.
