Yes, and if you have Apollo, I think you can look up the OA agreements/ticketing instructions under S*UPE/INTERLINE-xxxx where 'xxxx' is the two letter identifier repeated for the carrier for which you are searching (i.e. S*UPE/INTERLINE-LHLH for LH, etc.) It's not just the star alliance carriers either...before US joined the S.A. the deal was ID95 (from the Y fare) for UA eligables. I just happen to remember that one, b/c back in the day I sold many to UA employees in RDU.
Been a few years since I worked for UA.
Sometimes we don't realize the good times when we're in them

most original star carriers like AC, TG, RG, SK, OS, NH, are ID 95. The rest are ID 90, with the exception of SQ, ID 75. You can purchase most ID tkts at the ticket counter, however, if the agents are super busy with psgr, you will be asked to leave your request or call the 1-800 number and have them build a pnr.

I believe UA employee's also get ID95 on LH. Lufthansa employee's don't even get that on thier own airline (it's ID90 for us) Dont worry, i'm not complaiing, just pointing it out. At LH we have some sort of agreement with almost every airline it seems (except EK.... I wish).
