Think the first two pics are the same, JAGflyer, seeing that the pictures and captions are identical. You must have accidentally posted the same one twice.

Seeing the first two pics reminded me of the practical joke written in an old Robert Serling aviation safety book. Went something like this:
A brand new stewardess working one of her first flights walked in to the cockpit to find the co-pilot missing, and the pilot demanding to know where he was. The stewardess had no idea, and walked out of the cockpit sweating bullets. Unbeknownst to her, the copilot was hiding in the cockpit.
Upon reaching the first stop of the trip, the stewardess threw open the cabin door to find the copilot (who had dropped out the bottom) dashing up to the plane, bags in hand. "Well, I made it", he said, panting all the way, "but God, what a run!!!".
Perhaps the photog made a quick dash from AMS to YYZ to collect both photos .
