I was wondering, since LH seems to expand more and more in MUC, does anyone know how many aircraft are stationed in MUC, compared to FRA.
How much bigger is LH in FRA compared to MUC these days.
Thanks for any replies!

in the moment we have 16 Airbus longrange aircrafts based in MUC. LH just stated a couple of weeks ago, that until 2010 the longrange fleet here in Munich should double. The rest of the longhaul equipment is based in FRA.
Forum user D-ABVF is always posting the complete LH longrange frequencies ex FRA and MUC here in a.net
It should give you an better idea about LH's Frankfurt/Munich size.

Also, isnt it pretty fair to say that most of LH's fleet stationed at MUC is the regional part of LH? There seems to be an awful lot of LH Cityline CRJ's, ARJ's and Turboprops in MUC and less medium/long haul jets than in FRA. I also understood that the long haul fleet in MUC only consitst of A343 and A346's and nothing else, this i am pretty sure of.

SO, from the long haul fleet:
8 A330-300(Should be 10, when the last 2 get delivered)
(Please correct me if i'm wrong)
Does anyone know this information about the short haul fleet of LH(How many are based in MUC/FRA)?
Quoting Aussieitaliano (Reply 4): Does anyone know if LH has any plans to use the 380 out of MUC? I know MUC was the first airport to be certified for it, but LH doesn't use any 744's from MUC and the 380 is larger.
