Malaysia Airlines seems to have got off to another good start to the year with another award :

The prestigious five-star Diamond award by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences for oustanding commitment to service and hospitality was awarded earlier this year.

In another review of passenger statistics, MAS share of in-bound passengers on its Japanese routes grew 71% from Osaka alone and 21% from Nagoya. MAS has applied to increase flights from Tokyo and is studying the launch of flights from either Sendai or Hiroshima.

This long-term BA flyer is definately destined to swap sides soon!
