Chinese airlines bought 30 Airbus aircraft Thursday, including 5 A380's. The remaining 25 aircraft in the order, for Shenzhen Airlines and China Eastern, were from the A320 family of narrow-body planes.
Yup, you're right. I opened the article in another browser, and the small paragraph that said "some of the orders, including that for the A380s, had been announced previously" was no longer covered by the ad.
So some of the narrow-body orders were new, and the A380 was previously announced.
This was news of formalizing the order, and signing ceremony.

They announced here in radio, that the Chinese government made a deal with France. In the future, China will even work together with the European a/c industry. Is it possible that the Chinese a/c company's could produce for instance the A320 series in China?
Does anybody have more information about this?

I wonder where CZ will operate the A380.
they only have CDG and AMS in Europe, LAX in the USA, and SYD/MEL in Australia that are the right distance to operate these aircraft. None of these services are beyond daily, and none seem to be capacity constrained..
