ATL-MCO, MCO-DFW, ATL-LAX. A few others as well mostly to Hawaii.

Do they have any Trans-Atlantic plans for the B767-400 in place of 767 of MD-11 aircraft? Maybe not a service entry - but do they have long term plans?

Flights to Florida are a big favourite for airlines introducing a new type - didn't Delta and Continental first use their 777s on Orlando flights!

Sure did. Delta has had a sort of tradition recently. Most, if not all of Delta's new planes have been introduced on the ATL-MCO route. This is mostly due to high yields and training that goes on in Orlando. I'm not too sure if the 767-400ER has the range Delta likes to have to do some of the Trans-Atlantic runs, although I am sure its possible.

I was thinking of the European routes out of JFK. Most of the major European cities out of ATL can support 777/MD-11 service - but the 764 would be ideal to provide a bit of extra capacity over the 763 on flights out of JFK, plus it has more Pax appeal - new interior (and PTVs - o they have them???)

Any ideas whether the aircraft will be repainted before delivery - it will be quite embarrassing to take delivery of a brand new aircraft in your old livery - since delivery will be delayed until late May/early June - around 1 month late.

Regards
JAMES

I really can't imagine that 26 764's will be restricted to hub-to-hub and Hawaii services; surely there will be more of an International presence there somewhere.
Initially, the priority is to replace the L1011, so ATL/DFW-HNL may be one of the first routes but others are sure to follow as the aircraft arrive. Perhaps DL is contemplating some international expansion from SLC or MCO?

The 772's have PTV's; I would imagine the 764's do too.
