The A300-600 is still in production. Currently only cargo planes are on order, for Air Hong Kong and UPS. Very small backlog. Without new orders, expect the line to come to a halt within the next two years or so. No A310 has been built since about 1998.

The A310 is technically still available as it is built on the same line as the A300, although it only has a tiny backlog (IIRC Iraqi Airways ordered some before things went pear-shaped over there and they had paid deposits).
It's now well and truly out of date and despite there still being some freighters on order, there is an American saying involving a fork which fits this scenario perfectly
