CP is going to be adding another few 767-300 aircraft for this summer, and I was wondering when they are going to arrive? I understand the aircraft will undergo pre-service modifications at AC and CP facilities, so will they arrive already painted in the CP colours or will they undergo mods first and then go to the paint shop after? Also, can anyone tell me which aircraft exactly CP will acquire-I mean former registrations, and exact model numbers (ie- -333, -375) from the original operator of the aircraft? Also, will they be GE or P&W powered, as AC operates P&W on its 767 fleet and CP has GE.

I can confirm that 1 of the new 767-300s will indead be P&W powered.
Canadian will accept a fourth leased 767-300 and it will be from SAS on June 1 to complete the DC-10 replacement program. This aircraft is powered by Pratt and Whitney and not standard to Canadian's fleet and will eventually be replaced by a compatible model. Due to the orphan configuration, the "fin" will be isolated to Vancouver - Toronto - Montreal return each day.

Drat, I wish I could find this information for you. I read about it a couple of days ago but can't find it again now. I'm presently off on a medical leave so I've been killing a lot of hours in front of this machine. Been too many places on the web to find my way back to the info. Anyway what I can remember is that the 1st one is presently in the AC hanger in YUL being painted in the transitional livery. Origin and tail number were also included in what I read. Sorry for dangling a carrot in front of you so I'll try and find out more.
