Are these dates correct? Do you actually want to check availability for March 2006? If so, it's a bit too far in the future and the current info will not be of any real value.

Taking a wild guess here, but it must be good. Both BA and SA have 2 daily 744 flights to and from JNB.
VS operates 1x daily with an A343, although they switch the aircraft to an A346 or 744 during peak-season or whenever a greater demand for seats exist. That amounts to 5 flights a day between JNB-LHR.
Also don't forget about Nationwide's 3 weekly flights, albeit to LGW, and from what I have heard, they have applied for additional slots.
Between CPT and LHR, both BA and SA operate daily 744 services. During peak seasons, VS also drops in for visits, while BA and SA also operate extra flights. The busiest season is especially from Nov onwards to January when people flock to the coast for lots of sunshine and pleasure.

I can't give you exact numbers because I can only look at codeshare seats but all the flights you asked about are showing good availability. I think you should be able to get on without too much trouble.
