Well, driving home from my grandma's place on Saturday, I pass by FNT on I-75 and look overhead at the arriving AirTran 717. Looking closer, it was the one with Elton John on the side! What luck huh? ARrival time was after 12 noon.. didn't look at the exact time.

According to AirTran's website, there are roughly 20 717's with EJ's likeness. According to the the press release archive on their site, there's a way to track where each of the EJ's are. I haven't been able to find it after a couple minutes of looking.

There was way to track it when there were only a few of them around. They were being routed to specific markets on specific days for press purposes. But now that we are up to 20, its business as usual for these airplanes. By that I mean that they are swapped back and forth just like the rest of the fleet and trying to track them would be impossible.
