DL6259 TLH-FLL is zeroed out in the T, U, L and K inventory, Q is down to 2, H-B is at 6. There are 8 seats empty on the map, but given that low of inventory, especially on an ERJ-135, my guess is it might not be good (keep in mind this plane only has 37 seats).
DL6259 FLL-TLH is Y8, B-H 6, with Q down being zeroed out. There are 18 seats yet to be assigned according to the seat map though.
Keep in mind that these are unofficial loads based on the use of Ben Edelman's site and pulling up inventory in Worldspan.

For the Worldspan inventory, you can find a link to it in FlyerTalk, I believe it's under the Mileage run forum in the FAQ (lots of interesting links in there).
