When will National recieve their next new 757? The last new one that I know of is N547NA. I did a check for N548NA and it said that it was a different type of plane. What reg. number is National going to go with next? N549NA?

How many 757s does National operate, and how many more do they intend to buy by the end of the year?

I've flown on 9V-SPK.

They operate 12 757-200s so far. Four of them are brand new and the rest are second hand. As for how many they intend to operate, I'm trying to figure that out too. I have flown on one of their brand new ones (N546NA) and one second hand (N757NA)

Does National lease or own its 757s? I thought I read in Airways that the aircraft were being financed by National Airlines because of the extraordinary amount of startup capital the airline has, but I could be mistaken...

Thanks!
