4M LAN Dominicana Becomes LAN Argentina

LAN has switched the code "4M" from their LAN Dominicana subsidiary to their new LAN Argentina subsidiary. I don't think LAN Dominicana ever operated their own aircraft (or even any flights at all), and so far there are no flight schedules published for LAN Argentina, but still, it seems that LAN Argentina is going to happen, and soon.

They operated MIA-SDQ for a short while. That's it.

What happened to Lan Domincana? Obviously it's not doing anything right now but when did it disappear?
