Just thought I'd query this.
After Thomas Cook Airlines UK have just finished applying the .com to one side of their fleet of aircraft I noticed that G-JMAA has now had it removed.

Maybe you're right!
I came across this article a few weeks ago Go-ahead for dot travel domain name

"THE generic travel industry domain name dot travel is to be launched this year after being given the go-ahead by online governing body the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers."

Well to be honest with you it did look strange, because without respray they couldnt put the titles on both sides, so could it be both sides or none with the people in charge.

If that was the case then why paint 20 odd aircraft in the scheme then decide one day to take them back off again?'

I'm glad the .com titles are off, as it looks better without them anyway. Its probably not going to happen to the whole fleet, and maybe we might get the ThomasCook.travel eyesaw!  Sad
