IC To London- When?

Is there any new news on Indian Airlines plans to serve London. Will they serve Heathrow or Gatwick. (Jet is flying to LHR, Sahara to LGW)

You'll have to wait for the 'rustbuckets' from KL and NZ for that to happen.

You will be very surprised: I just talked to s/o from IC Techs, who was in our office (private matters). he told me

- that most likely the A330 will be leased due to pilot unrest about the B767
- that the A320 deal should be concluded by mid of June

Welcome to the secrets of the GOI... I doubt anyone here understands this, regardless of the confusion amongst us to have two state-owned carriers that compete against each other...
