I YYZ-YUL might take the cake with AC, thats only 316 miles, you can drive it in 5-6 hours, but takes about 45 minues by air. They commonly use 767/A333/A343 aircraft on this route, as often times they need that much capacity on the route.

Gulf Air uses its 340's on Bahrain-Kuwait, and Bahrain Abu Dhabi hops... they probably use them on other routes, but these are the ones I'm 100% certain of.
